As we're all kicking off our 2013 Resolutions, it's important for us to stop and think about who (and how) we want to BE in the New Year. Everything we want, we want because of how we think it will make us feel. How do you want to feel on a consistent basis in 2013? Now...what does the person you want to BE, that feels the way you want to feel, have on the "Have & Do" parts of your "Have. Do. Be." list? This is how I've approached my resolutions, my "Have. Do. Be." list for 2013.
Be a positive influence. Be part of the solution, not the problem. Contribution. Love. Connection. Abundance. Be strong, healthy, curious, graceful, adventurous, intelligent, vibrant and beautiful.
